Information for Presenters at ICTE Santa Fe 1998...
ICTE has mailed information packages containing the following forms to all presenters who have had their presentation proposals accepted for ICTE Santa Fe 1998 as of December 6, 1997, and whose mailing address was on record with ICTE; however, presenters may also print out and return the forms by clicking on the following links, and then printing the displayed form. After completing each form, mail or FAX the form to the ICTE address listed.
